1 cup heavy cream
2 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Fresh chives or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender and beginning to brown.
